After accidentally sleeping in, like the rest of my family, we slowly got ready for a full day. For the ride to and through Salem, the boys were silently reading their books, while i was pointing out all the nearly 400 year old, cute houses. I realized i am in LOVE! We finally got to the parking space, and we walked to the visitor centre. There, we met this really nice old man, and he gave us a HEAP of information, and places where we should go. So first off, we went to this weird, old Salem witch museum. It was the story of back 400 years ago, when these teenage girls pretty much would accuse someone of being a witch, and that person would either be hung, or go to jail. And they did it for fun. But the whole thing was with this creepy music, and girls screaming, and was just plain creepy. Anyway, after that we walked the streets of Salem Massachusetts, and walked down to this bay, where there was this great big ship, which was called something like the friendly. Then we walked back down, where we got to the oldest candy shop in America, which was called the Old Pepper company, or something like that. We ended up getting this candy that never gets old, and was sold "back in the day" called gibralters. They sold them in lemon and peppermint, and so far they are DELICIOUS! After that, we took a walk through a graveyard, which was wonderful. Finally, after all that, we walked back to the car, and drove to New Hampshire. We took a picture at the sign, and a picture at the "Welcome to Massachusetts" sign, and drove back. We decided to drive to the world famous university Harvard, and walked around there. My mom wanted to go back to the car with my brothers, but my dad wanted a picture. So i went with my dad, and soon enough after the picture, my mom and brothers had left. So as we tried to find our way back to the car, mom wouldn't answer her phone. We finally met up with them, and drove back to Boston. There we stopped, near all the pretty houses, and stopped near a famous old T.V. show setting, called "Cheers", and also near the Public park in Boston Common. We ended up going to Cheers for dinner, and decided to go take a look at the most beautiful street in America, called, Acorn St., even though it was dark. Even though it was dark, it was beautiful, and we got some pictures. After that we drove home, got into our beds, and fell asleep.
